Lasso vs AAWP vs Affiliatable vs Velantio — affiliate table tools compared (2026)
Four serious Amazon affiliate table tools, honestly compared. Pricing, performance, embed flexibility, WordPress integration, and where each one breaks.
If you sell affiliate products via Amazon — or any other affiliate network — there are four serious tools in the comparison-table category: Lasso, AAWP, Affiliatable, and Velantio. We've used all four (yes, including building Velantio, which is obviously our pick — we'll be honest about where it loses).
This is a working-affiliate-marketer's review, not a feature spreadsheet.
Quick verdict
| Tool | Best for | Starts at | Embed weight | WordPress SSR | |---|---|---|---|---| | Lasso | High-volume, multi-network affiliates with budget | $8/mo annual ($96/yr) | ~25 KB | Yes | | AAWP | WordPress-only sites that want plug-and-play | €79/yr (~$85) | N/A (PHP only) | Yes | | Affiliatable | Designers who want the prettiest tables | $19/mo | ~18 KB | Yes | | Velantio | Cross-platform affiliates who care about PageSpeed | $0 free / $9/mo or $89/yr (launch) | ~1 KB | Yes |
The "right" tool depends on what site stack you're on and how many networks you're working.
Lasso
The market leader. Mature, deep integrations across Amazon, ShareASale, Awin, Impact, etc. Has a slick UI and a strong product team behind it.
Where Lasso wins: multi-network. If you're working Amazon + ShareASale + Impact, Lasso handles all three in one tool. Auto-conversion features (Geniuslink-style geo-routing) are built in. Solid analytics.
Where Lasso loses:
- Price for the good tier. Startup is $8/mo annual (~$96/yr), Pro is $24/mo annual (~$288/yr). The features most people want — customizable tables, themes, unlimited staging — are Pro-tier only.
- Embed bloat. The Lasso embed loads ~25 KB of JavaScript on every page you embed it on. Measurable PageSpeed impact, especially on mobile.
- Lock-in. Your tables live in Lasso's UI; export is limited.
- WordPress-favored. Cross-platform embed works but has rough edges.
If you're already on a Lasso annual plan and it's working, don't switch. If you're shopping, the price-to-feature ratio is the question.
AAWP
The WordPress-native Amazon affiliate plugin. Been around forever, deeply integrated with WP. Server-side renders everything.
Where AAWP wins: native WordPress experience. Block editor, Gutenberg, shortcode, theme integration — it just works. SSR is the default, so SEO is great.
Where AAWP loses:
- WordPress-only. If you have a Ghost / Squarespace / Webflow site, AAWP doesn't exist for you.
- Annual-only pricing. €79/year (~$85) for one site, €129/yr (~$140) for three, €399/yr (~$430) for 25. No lifetime option.
- API dependency. Like everyone else, you need PA-API / Creators API access. AAWP doesn't help you qualify.
If your entire affiliate operation is one or two WordPress sites, AAWP is hard to beat. The moment you add a Ghost newsletter or a Squarespace landing page, you need something else too.
Affiliatable
The pretty one. Modern design tokens, lots of themes, slick interaction. Newer player but growing.
Where Affiliatable wins: design polish. Tables look like 2026, not 2018. Lots of theme variety. JS embed works on any platform.
Where Affiliatable loses:
- Less mature. Smaller team, slower bug-fix cycle than Lasso/AAWP.
- Embed weight. Around 18 KB JavaScript — better than Lasso, worse than vanilla.
- WordPress plugin is JS-rendered, not SSR. Tables don't appear in
view-source. - No keyword search in the editor; you have to know your ASINs.
If you bounce off Lasso's UI and want something nicer-looking, Affiliatable is the natural next stop.
Velantio (us)
Built specifically to be fast everywhere, not just on WordPress.
Where Velantio wins:
- <1 KB gzipped embed. Literally an order of magnitude smaller than Lasso. No PageSpeed impact.
- One-line snippet works anywhere — Squarespace, Ghost, Webflow, plain HTML. The same code that runs on WordPress runs on every other platform.
- WordPress plugin includes SSR on paid plans — same SEO benefit as AAWP, plus the cross-platform embed.
- Launch pricing of $9/mo or $89/yr (standard $15/$149) — undercuts Lasso Pro's $288/yr and beats AAWP's €79/yr at the annual tier. Launch rate locks in for the lifetime of your subscription.
- Customer-keyed Amazon credentials. You connect your own Creators API; we never proxy under our own keys. Means your API access can't be revoked because of someone else's mistake.
Where Velantio loses today:
- Amazon-only. We don't integrate ShareASale, Awin, Impact, etc. yet. If you need multi-network, use Lasso.
- Newer. Smaller user base, fewer integrations, less third-party content.
- Manual product entry takes longer. You can paste an ASIN, but if you're not eligible for Creators API yet, you'll type product details by hand.
How to choose
If you have ≥3 affiliate networks → Lasso. No one else covers them all yet.
If you're WordPress-only and want plug-and-play → AAWP. Worth the $79.
If design matters more than speed → Affiliatable. They've spent more on visual polish.
If your site lives on Squarespace / Ghost / Webflow / Notion / static HTML → Velantio. Or if you care about PageSpeed scores. Or if a one-time $59 beats annual subscriptions for your math.
A note on the Amazon API floor
All four tools require Amazon Creators API access for live pricing. That means 10 qualifying sales in the last 30 days, no exceptions. Until you hit that floor, every tool falls back to manual product entry. So if you're just starting out, the price/value comparison gets weighted by whether the tool's manual-entry UX is decent.
(Spoiler: Velantio's is. So is Lasso's. AAWP and Affiliatable both expect you to have Amazon API access.)
What we'd actually recommend
Most affiliate marketers don't need the bells. They need:
- A table that loads fast
- Live prices
- Click tracking
- Embed that works wherever they publish
That's it. Anything else is feature creep. Pick the cheapest tool that hits those four and reinvest the savings into content.
If you want to try Velantio, sign up free — the free plan is generous enough to validate the workflow before any payment.
